Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2008 .

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2004

Part 4 of the Schedule to The Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2004 is amended by inserting at the end of Column 2, “1452–1492 MHz ”.
