Section 1 Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2008.

(2) This Order extends to Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Commencement on 1st April 2008

The following provisions of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st April 2008—

(a) Section 112;

(b) Section 113A;

(c) Section 113B;

(d) Section 113C;

(e) Section 113D;

(f) Section 113F;

(g) Section 114;

(h) Section 116;

(i) Section 117;

(j) Section 118; and

(k) Section 119.
