Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 31 st March 2008.

Section 2Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.
