Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008 and comes into force on 6th April 2008.

Section 2Variation of consumer credit regulated agreements

In section 82(2A) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (variation of agreements) after “if” insert “the earlier agreement or”.
