Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 6th April 2008.

Section 2

Article 8 of Table C in the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 is amended by inserting the words “or by proxy” after the words “is present in person”.

Section 3

Article 2 of Table E in the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 ceases to have effect.
