Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (Additional Authorities) Order 2008 and shall come into force one month after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Additional Authorities

In section 17(2) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (duty to consider crime and disorder implications), at the end of subsection (2) (authorities to which the duty applies) there is inserted —

the Greater London Authority ;

the London Development Agency .
