Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Correction to Amendment) Regulations 2008.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 31st March 2008.

Section 2Amendment of National Health Service Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2008
(1) The National Health Service Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) of regulation 1 (Citation, commencement and interpretation), for “62(2) and (3)” substitute “66(2) and (3)”.
(3) The regulations following regulation 61 (insertion of new regulation S4A), numbered regulations 1 to 5 (which amend regulations T2A, U1A, U4 of, and Schedule 2 and 2A to, the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995), are renumbered as regulations 62 to 66 respectively.
