Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Penalty Charge Notices, Enforcement and Adjudication) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 31st March 2008.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.

Section 2 Amendments to the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Penalty Charge Notices, Enforcement and Adjudication) (Wales) Regulations 2008

(1) The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Penalty Charge Notices, Enforcement and Adjudication) (Wales) Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) At sub-paragraph 1(g) of the Schedule, for the words “on which the alleged contravention occurred” substitute the words “on which the notice is served.”
