Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (QCA Levy) (Revocation) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 30th September 2008.

Section 2

The Education (QCA Levy) Regulations 2002 and the Education (QCA Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 are revoked.
