Section 2Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2008
The following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 come into force on 6th April 2008—
(a) section 68 (termination of police responsibility for stray dogs); and
(b) Part 6 of Schedule 5 (repeals, stray dogs).
