Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2009.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Energy Act 2004.

Section 2Commencement
Section 92 of the Act shall come into force on 20th May 2009.
Section 3Commencement
Sections 90 and 91 of the Act shall come into force on 19th June 2009.
