Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 23rd June 2009.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995

(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2B (local development orders) omit—
(a) sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2); and
(b) paragraphs (10) and (11).
