Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st July 2009.

Section 2Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006 to extend to the Isle of Man
Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006 as substituted by the Companies Act 2006 (Amendment of Schedule 2) ( No. 2) Order 2009 shall extend to the Isle of Man.
Section 3Revocations
In the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2008 paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Schedule are revoked.
