Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Inspections) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 31st July 2009.

Section 2Amendment to the Childcare (Inspections) Regulations 2008

For regulation 3(2)(a) of the Childcare (Inspections) Regulations 2008 , substitute—

(a) on or before 31st July 2012, and
