Section 2Appointed day
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 134(2)(d) (directions) of the Pensions Act 2004—
(a) for the purpose only of conferring power to make regulations, is 23rd June 2009; and
(b) for all other purposes, is 21st July 2009.
