Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (Entry Rules) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 21st July 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (Entry Rules) Regulations 2005
Regulation 15 of the Pension Protection Fund (Entry Rules) Regulations 2005 (directions) is amended as follows—
(a) at the beginning insert “(1)”, and
(b) at the end add—
(2) The amendment of the scheme rules is prescribed as a matter for the purposes of section 134(2) of the Act.
