Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the M42 (Junctions 3A to 7) (Actively Managed Hard Shoulder and Variable Speed Limits) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 21st July 2009.

Section 2 Preliminary

The M42 (Junctions 3A to 7) (Actively Managed Hard Shoulder and Variable Speed Limits) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment to the Schedule (relevant roads)

In the Schedule, in sub-paragraph 1(a), for “19/0 + 80” substitute “16/5 + 50A”.
