Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 1st September 2009.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) ( No. 2) Regulations 2006

The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (No.2) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 17(3), for “27,115 euro” substitute “28,200 euro”;

(b) in regulation 19(4), for “6,000 euro” substitute “5,000 euro if studying at Natolin campus, Poland and 7,000 euro if studying at Bruges campus, Belgium”.
