Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Probate Services (Approved Bodies) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1 August 2009.

Section 2Approval of body

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants shall be an approved body for the purpose of granting an exemption under section 55 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.
