Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1st August 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2001

The Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2001 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2001

In Article 2, omit the words “Sheffield City Airport”
