Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2009; it comes into force on 31st July 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) Order 2008

(1) The Lyme Bay Designated Area (Fishing Restrictions) Order 2008 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2) of article 3 omit “or disembarkation”.
