Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 30th October 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998

Schedule 2 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998 is amended in relation to England by the insertion at the appropriate places of “Beach General Partner Limited” and “Beach Nominee Limited”.
