Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 14th July 2009.

Section 2Amendment

After article 9 of the Export Control Order 2008 insert—
General prohibition
(9A) To the extent that, pursuant to any of articles 3 to 9 of this Order, a person may not export goods, the exportation of the goods in question is prohibited.
