Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 11 th August 2009.

Section 2 Amendment of the 2006 Regulations

The Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) Regulations 2006 (“the 2006 Regulations”) are amended as set out in regulations 3 and 4 of these Regulations.

Section 3 Application fees for personal licences

In regulation 3(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£330” substitute “£370”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£165” substitute “£185”.

Section 4 Maintenance fees for personal licences

In regulation 4(3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£330” substitute “£370”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£165” substitute “£185”.
