Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 23rd October 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2007

The Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as set out in regulation 3.

Section 3Amendment of the Further Education (Principals’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2007

In regulation 5(3)(a)(i), for “and”, substitute “in circumstances where she”.
