Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Place of Supply of Goods) Order 2009 and comes into force on 6th April 2009.

The Value Added Tax (Place of Supply of Goods) Order 2004 is amended as follows.
Section 3Amendment of the Value Added Tax (Place of Supply of Goods) Order 2004
In article 6, for “ship or aircraft” substitute “ship, aircraft or train”.
