Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Authorised Investment Funds (Tax) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 31st August 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Authorised Investment Funds (Tax) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 ( S.I. 2009/2036 )

(1) The Authorised Investment Funds (Tax) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

(2) Omit regulation 30 (amendment of regulation 95).
