Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Rules may be cited as the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Rules 2009 and come into force on 1st October 2009.

(2) In these Rules “the principal Rules” means the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 .

Section 2 Amendments to the principal Rules

(1) The principal Rules shall be amended in the manner provided for in Schedule 1.

(2) For Form 2.30B (Scot) in Schedule 5 to the principal Rules substitute the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules.

Section 2

In Form 4.31 (Scot) for “George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH LP 1. Edinburgh 20” substitute “1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, KA13 6SA, LP4 - Kilwinning”.
