Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of West Sussex) (Adur District) Designation Order 2009 and shall come into force on 5 th March 2009.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

(1) The Secretary of State designates the area described in paragraph (2) as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and

(b) a special enforcement area.

(2) This Order applies to the area of Adur District with the exception of the A27 trunk road and its slip roads.
