Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1st October 2009.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002

In regulation 4(a) of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) Regulations 2002 for “£31” substitute “£26” (fees for criminal records certificates and enhanced criminal records certificates).
