Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1st October 2009.

Section 2 Amendment

The Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999 is amended in accordance with articles 3 and 4.

Section 3 Amendment

After the entry relating to the Care Quality Commission, insert the entry relating to the Independent Regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 4 Amendment

After the entry relating to the Financial Services Authority, insert the entry relating to the Financial Reporting Council Limited set out in the Schedule to this Order.
