Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 1st January 2010.

Section 2Amendment to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977

The Local Land Charges Rules 1977 are amended in accordance with rule 3.

Section 3Amendment to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977

In Schedule 3 (fees), in item 5 (personal search fee in respect of one parcel of land), in the second column, for “11.00” substitute “22.00”.
