Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 10th February 2009.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendments to the Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

(1) The Education (Admissions Appeals Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1(2) for “against decisions communicated on or after 1st March 2009” substitute “heard on or after 10th February 2009”.
