Section 1Citation, application and commencement

These Regulations, which apply to England only, may be cited as the Business Rate Supplements (Rateable Value Condition) (England) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 15th October 2009.

Section 2Rateable Value Condition

The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 12(1) of the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 is £50,000.
