Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the British Nationality Act 1981 (Amendment of Schedule 6) Order 2009.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 14th November 2009.

Schedule 6 to the British Nationality Act 1981 is amended by substituting the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha” for the words “St Helena and Dependencies”.
