Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Designs (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 12th November 2009.

Section 2Amendment
(1) The list of countries set out in the Schedule to the Designs (Convention Countries) Order 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) Insert “Cape Verde” into the list of countries in proper alphabetical order.
