Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1st December 2009.

Section 2Amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006
(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows.
(2) In the heading to regulation 1 for “Citation, commencement and extent” substitute “Citation and commencement”.
(3) Omit regulation 1(2) .
