These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 14th December 2009 .

Section 2Amendment
(1) The Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 8, in the text of section 54(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2006 (names suggesting connection with government or public authority) as applied to limited liability partnerships, after “any part of the Scottish Administration” insert “, the Welsh Assembly Government”.
