Section 2Citation and commencement
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Order comes into force on 8th December 2009.
(2) Article 3(b) comes into force on 25th January 2010.
Section 3Amendment to the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) Order 2007
In the table in article 2 of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) Order 2007 (list of tribunals)—
(a) for the entry relating to the Valuation Tribunals in England substitute—
(b) after the entry relating to the National Lottery Commission insert—
