These Regulations may be cited as the M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 28th December 2009.

The M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2009
The M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2002 are revoked.
In these Regulations—
“carriageway” has the same meaning as in the Motorways Traffic (England and Wales) Regulations 1982 ;
“the clockwise carriageway” means the clockwise carriageway of the M60 Motorway from a point 1025 metres north of the centreline of the Lingard Lane overbridge to a point 945 metres south of the centreline of that bridge; and
“the slip road” means the exit slip road leading from the clockwise carriageway of the M60 Motorway at junction 25 to where it meets the carriageway of the A6017.
No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on the clockwise carriageway or the slip road.
