Section 1Citation

(1) This Order may be cited as the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 (Commencement No.1) Order 2009.

Section 2Commencement

Section 3 of, and the Schedule to, the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into force on 1 December 2009.
