Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No.4) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 4th January 2010.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 37(5) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 —
(a) omit “or” after sub-paragraph (j); and
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (k) add—
; or
(l) used for mountain rescue purposes
