Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Price Marking (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st January 2010.

Section 2Change in Value Added Tax

In article 11(a) of the Price Marking Order 2004 for “14” substitute “28”.
