This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No.12) Order 2009.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 166(6) and (7) of the Pensions Act 2004 (duty to pay scheme benefits unpaid at assessment date etc ) is 1st March 2009.
