Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order shall be cited as the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st February 2010.

Section 2Revocation of Jurisdiction

Nelson County Court shall cease to be a family hearing centre.

Section 3Amendments to the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008

The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008 shall be amended by deleting the entry in Schedule 1 to that Order relating to Nelson County Court.
