Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st February 2010.

Section 2Closure of Nelson County Court

Nelson County Court shall cease to be held.

Section 3Amendments to the Civil Courts Order 1983

The Civil Courts Order 1983 shall be amended by deleting the entries in Schedule 3 relating to Nelson County Court.
