Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2009 and comes into force on 21st December 2009.

Section 2 Designation of rural primary schools.

The schools published on the Department for Children, Schools and Families’ website in a list called “Designated Rural Primary Schools” on 21st December 2009 are designated as rural primary schools in England.

Section 3 Revocation

The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2008 is revoked.
