Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 6th April 2009.

Section 2 Amendment of the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007

The Home Information Pack ( No. 2) Regulations 2007 are amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendment of regulation 14

In regulation 14(1) (time at which pack documents are to be included)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (e) omit “and”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (f) add—

(g) paragraph (m) (property information questionnaire relating to a property that is not a new home); and

(h) paragraph (n) (property information questionnaire for a property that is a new home).
