Section 1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2009.

Section 2Commencement of provisions relating to dissolution of the Housing Corporation

Section 64(1) and (2) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 shall come into force on 16th February 2009.
