Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2007 (Commencement No.3) Order 2009.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 14 of the Pensions Act 2007 (conversion of guaranteed minimum pensions) is—
(a) for the purpose of conferring power to make regulations, 1st March 2009, and
(b) for all other purposes, 6th April 2009.
